 General Conditions Web Branders Travel provides luxury Umrah packages, Luxury Saudi Tours and  related travel services for those departing from the United Kingdom, Europ and America. As a visitor or client, you affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region of residence or that you are using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Our services are designed to cater exclusively to individuals seeking premium travel experiences to sacred destinations.

Once the trip payment is completed in full, the flight, visas, hotel, and transportation reservations—as well as the assignment of guides supervising the trip—will be confirmed within 3 to 7 days.

 Booking and Payment To secure a reservation for any of our packages, an initial deposit is required at the time of booking.

Full payment is required 60 days prior to your departure date. Payment can be processed through our secure online platform, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of your personal information.

Bookings are subject to availability and we reserve the right to amend itineraries or services due to scheduling constraints, ensuring a seamless Umrah journey.

 Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made in writing via email or post. Refund policies are dependent on the timing of your cancellation:

cancellations requested more than 60 days before departure will receive a 50% refund minus processing fees;

between 59-30 days before departure will incur a 30% refund minus processing fees;

and cancellations within 29 days of departure are non-refundable.

These policies protect both our planning capabilities and ensure quality service delivery.

 Liability and Disclaimers Web Branders Travel acts solely as an intermediary between clients and the suppliers of travel services (hotels, airlines, etc.).

We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, accident or other occurrences outside of our control.

Clients must ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for unforeseen events that may arise during their travel.

We periodically update these terms; clients are encouraged to review them regularly to stay informed about changes that might affect their bookings.
